The square is too big. There's a lot of dead space once you put the towel on the ring.

I brought these to go with the matching 18" towel bars. The square is just TOO LARGE> There's a large space between the towel and the top and the large opening causes the hand towel to hang really low. Not a good look- so they are going back-pity. The brushed nickle is pretty though.
